To load tool presets, select the brush tool and in the upper left hand corner, right above your main tool bar there. Click on the little triangle next to the tool preset brush icon. This will load up a new palette, in the upper right hand corner of the palette is another triangle you can click on, click that and then use the Load Tool Presets.
