Just convert the .3ds file to .obj in Blender.. Viola! Thanks for your comments.

...bugger, I wish Daz had .3ds import. I actually remember these when I was a kid. Until they went mainstream, that was the best Root Beer on earth. At least I can import into Carrara.

Thank you so much. I am mostly into town/city renders and love all kind of buildings, shops, houses, etc. This will work perfectly in that genre! Could you please try making a cafe, fashion store and hairdresser shop or so too? Laura

Looks just like an Ice Cream stand I used to live a few miles from in Panama City, FL Years ago. Great rhino modeling...I am starting to model in Rhino as well. Love the lo-poly NURBS in Rhino plus it works on older computers as well...anyway, RESPECT!
