The dress looks nice, but only the Night Shade texture shows up under Smart Content. The others are there in content library. Is there something wrong with the Meta Data file?

OK...just made a new folder and called it Test. Imported that as a DAZ Studio content folder (Preferences). Checked the Smart Content and Gwyneth will show up under Files/Wardrobe/Dresses. There's no text beneath "Dresses." But the Gwyneth Icon will show. The textures for Gwyneth will show up under Materials. I found those under Products/Materials -- found icons for all three more …

Hey again...I think the metadata is in the Support folder, inside "Runtime." Let me reinstall the Dress into a test runtime and see if it works. :-)

Sounds like you did install things right. :-) I'll have to do a download from here to see where the metadata is, in the zip. Let me do that, and I'll post another comment...when I find the metadata. I haven't modeled anything for Genesis in a couple of months and I've forgotten what goes where. (Face turns red at this point.)

The way I installed everything was this: I opened the zip with WinRar, I selected the 3 main folders (data, People, and Runtime) I then extracted those into the My Library folder (where there were already "data", "People", and "Runtime" folders. Re-read your posts. I think you may be installing your downloads into a subfolder instead of the main My Library folder. :-) Some folks are used to installing into the Content folder, I think. Anyhow, DS4 is "different" from earlier versions. With some downloads, you just drop the data, people, and runtime folders directly INTO the My Library folder -- according to the way the more …

Hi. Sorry you're having problems loading Gwyneth. This will work: 1) Please open the main Gwyneth download folder and find the data, people, and other subfolders. 2) Cut and paste those (or copy and paste) those into your My Library folder or into an external runtime. 3) If you get "do you wish to merge" notices, click "yes." I guess you can't edit posts here. So I WAS able to load the dress by dragging the DSF file from the Gwyneth folder and dropping it onto Genesis. However, once I select the dress I do not have any choices for textures or anything. I then tried dragging it and dropping it onto my library, but that didn't do anything either. Hi, I'm a newbie to all of this and I tried installing your dress. I installed it to the My Library folder, in the directory that was listed in my Edit/Prefs/Content Library/Directory Manager. I closed and reopened Daz 4 (I'm running Standard) but I still don't see the dress under Smart Content/Wardrobe. Is it somewhere else? or did I install it wrong?
