Expanding on the small brick home, added two bedrooms, different roof.  Shades go up and down, morph provided, but that's all of the shades at once.  Poser Pro 2014 users will probably get an error on loading, the glass in the material room has changed and it's looking for an image.  Easiest way is to go to the material room and under Basic, Glass, pick one that suits you.  Doors open, windows don't,  I didn't intend it for either very close up or interior, although the interiors are there, mapped but not textured.  For a better concrete texture, Hobobo has a ton of them posted here, pick whatever turns your crank.  The figure on the steps is a M4/K4 mix, ColorCurvature has the script on Renderosity, I think.  It works wonders.  Not free, but well worth it.  No restrictions except redistribution.  background and terrain are microcosm, included with Poser, so it ain't included. here, neither is the figure.
