These are Marvelous Designer files: they will only work in MDv.2 or MDv.3(currently in beta).  
They will not work in any other program.

If this is not what you want, most of these items are also available in .obj mesh form, or Poser smart prop form, also available here in my ShareCQ area.

These items are fitted to a Micheal 4 avatar figure.

But of course, in MD, you can adjust them to most other figures for which you have avatar meshes.
