I designed this because I wanted to make a Sci-Fi/Steampunk type model. Based on the simple physics
of concentrating a focal point of sunlight through a convex lens and reflecting it along a constant
path, where it is filtered to a selected frequency and wavelength producing a Laser beam.
The Model can be rotated and pivoted to follow the path of the sun across the sky.
