Works fine in Carrara as a CR2 file. To smooth, select (or highlight) 'model', just under 'Adipose' on the instance dialogue tree. I had an awful visual pun stuck in my head, and rendering it required a figure like this one, but apparently nobody else has made an Adipose yet (go figure!)
I needed a bit of practice with Poser's rigging tools, and this seemed like a good solution- and here we are.
