Some things that would make this even more useful would be: 1. Ability to open a file at its saved resolution. 2. Alternate ability to resize without changing image's aspect ratio (for example, when holding a modifier key like CTRL and resizing). 3. Very nice handy little app. Works fine here. As far as malware, no - this was just written leveraging the .NET framework, so you need to have that to run it. In case you are not aware, .NET is Microsoft's common framework utilized by all its development languages in recent years.
