It preserves aspect ratio, allows mouse click-throughs, saving your session settings, rotations, flipping, always-on-top, and more. Enjoy!

Wow, this is the closest thing to something I've been DREAMING of for ages, so thank you for it! sorry guyz, i never replied cuz i didnt think anyone will like the tool, so i didnt open the website. and they dont send any alerts when someone comments !!!

anyways, to make it run u just need to install .Net Framework, i didnt know about any problems with it, tried it on many machines.

unfortunately i cant help in any issues, since i have moved to Java programming, and switched to Mac. more …

4. Ability to constrain aspect ratio when selecting a specific resolution so only one value (x or y) has to be entered and the other will be calculated based on the correct aspect ratio.

Some things that would make this even more useful would be:
1. Ability to open a file at its saved resolution.
2. Alternate ability to resize without changing image's aspect ratio (for example, when holding a modifier key like CTRL and resizing).
3. Ability to select a specific resolution to size the window to (manually enter x-value and y-value).

Very nice handy little app. Works fine here. As far as malware, no - this was just written leveraging the .NET framework, so you need to have that to run it. In case you are not aware, .NET is Microsoft's common framework utilized by all its development languages in recent years.
