| What a fabulous idea! Pssst!! I have to share two of my creative plans for this: The tutu will also make a lovely pouf sleeve if placed and sized in the right spot. Apply layered and overlap several times to create a longer sleeve. Flip them upside down, do a little painting, a few leaf brushes or tubes and you've got instant fairy flowers.
