This looks wonderful, but it's looking for a hair OBJ file which is NOT part of the zip package, and the lack of an obj file is making it completely unusable in Poser-7...

Sure, I can do that. It didn't occur to me to make one before you mentioned it, because I was using the fit poses included with ARTCollab's Men of the Year.
