Nice model; thanks for posting it! Only suggestion would be to use more intuitive names for the materials, describing what components they affect, like "Floor," "Lights - Floor," "Lights - Overhead"; with everything named "Material000," it's almost impossible to easily change or affect a single material or component without trying every one.
