This is an old freebie I'm making it available again. Make the Freak UNSTOPPABLE! This oufit includes 4 conforming figures: Bracers, Boots, Bodysuit and Helmet. Helmet in not articulated, but it's included as a figure for minor fitting adjustments (for the helmet to bend would be unrealistic, even within the fantasy realm that comic-books are :)). my recommendation would be to twist/rotate the abdomen if you want to make him looking over his shoulder, because that's how he would have to do it if that suit was real.
