Thank you very much for sharing! :)

The solution to improve the appearance of the bridge was to rotate the file named titanic_front.bmp 90 degrees.

I opened this in DAZ Studio 3. Looks good, except the textures for the bridge area of the ship aren't the same as in the screenshots. Any suggestions?

Export it from Poser as an OBJ file and render it in Bryce or the software of your choosing. Just remember to make any changes you want before exporting.

maybe someone who has the newer version can help. im more of a carrara object builder...

not sure about poser8 - i do know that poser is one of the worst in the texture room for 3d software ive ever seen, chrome looks like dull aluminum. i use poser6 and have no intention on buying a newer version, so i cant answer why the newer version has problems loading the titanic, works fine in poser6.

Can't get it to fully render in Poser 8. Turning off texture filtering didn't work. any ideas? thanks!

Very nice - wouldn't mind seeing the Lusitania, the Mauretania and the Olympic as well - all very similar (four-pipers) but differing in size and a few other details.

Thank You everyone - ive almost completed the Titanics complete drive train, in poser and carrara version and a untextured version in 3DS.

Alaena (7 years ago)Inappropriate?
thank you - i'll try that tonight and see what i can come up with... i appreciate the tip...
JoEtzold (7 years ago)Inappropriate?
May be you should switch off the texture filtering to None for the firefly engine. Texture filtering quality or else is to much antialising and making that blurryness.
Poser 8 isn't having P4-render any more ... so that'S the tip

Thank You - i do have a poser pro version, but i down stepped to poser 6 in consideration of poser users who dont have the latest version poser...

I'll try using the poser 6 version in poser pro tonight...

Again Thank You for your help...

Will not render with all textures in Poser 8, I will try to figure out why when I have a bit more time. Perhaps you might save it as a prop instead of a Poser scene. That might allow it to hold all textures. Just an idea. This is a wonderful model. Thank you for shairing.
