This is Slee, another background character for my upcoming Nerm film, 'The Chronicles of Nerm'. Slee will be a drunken bar patron in one of the scenes of the film. He was designed to be the butt (so to speak) of a joke in the new animation, and that joke depends on him being as completely worthless of a creature as possible, hence the lack of appendages.
