to use:

select profile
shift select path
then type 'good AnimatredExtrude' … more »

creates a 'better' extrude than the one built-in

to use:

select profile
shift select path
then type 'good AnimatredExtrude' number-of-segments

ex.: goodAnimatedExtrude 25
will create 25 profiles along the path, and loft along them.
