Ibiza Anthem "Encounter" is dance track that says "what if I meet that special someone tonight?" all set to a sci fi theme (of course!) Using a mixture of drum samples and live percussion, the groove really gets going with the pile driver of a bass line (played on a 5 string bass). The spacey sound is curtousey of a vintage Roland SVC-350 vocoder and a Jupiter 6 Analogue Synthesizer. This was recorded using Cubase via an old Lexicon studio I/O with 2x aphex 661 compressors to give it a "fat" sound.
