P.P.S. and before I completely mess up your comment section (^_^") can I suggest to have a separate morph(s) only for head or, if possible, separate for head and body?

P.S. Also, as I found, when you make a morph, it is better not compress it at first - on uncompressed morph you can see the structure clearly and fix some things much faster than from within DS.

Basically what ERC freeze does is 'remembers' the adjusted rigging and allows the rigging, when you dial a morph, to morph along the morphed shape as well.

What you need to do is to do ERC Freeze after you did bone adjustment. Here is a tutorial:

starting from step 9 it goes into bone adjustment and then goes to ERC freeze. After you did ERC freeze you just resave your morph as morph asset with same name (it will overwrite the previous version).

Also you might want to rename your morph as Orc because more …
