These two scripts (!mkCubemap.tgs and !mkEdgedVC.bat) are intended to automate the two most tedious and error-prone parts of my
Make Your Own Environment Maps And Light Probes procedure. They've been written/tested on a Windows 7 system, and will need to be modified if you want to use them on a MAC (I don't have a MAC so I can't help there I'm afraid).
The second script (the Windows batch file) requires you to have ImageMagick installed - this is a free download from http://www.imagemagick.org
I've included an 8 page PDF explaining in a fair amount of detail what each script is intended to do. The document also gives brief instructions on how to run each script.
Although I'm fairly confident that the scripts don't have any major problems I'll state the most obvious warning...
