Yes i know about these tools and that's why i suggested my tool was more simple and handy. All other tools you mention are 3rd party tools that take much time in a workflow, there is a litlle learning curve and manage your files (cr2, pz2, ...). Not saying your utility can't be better or more convenient, but I find it odd you saying you didn't find anything in 10 years as there have been quite a few tools for this over the years, from Morph Manager (which I used a lot back in 2004/5) through some of the Cr2/pz3 editors that would load 2 cr2s and copy stuff like morph channels and deltas from one to the other.
