A binary sorted list, mutch like a sorted list.
Elements can be added with append() or extend() and the list stays sorted.

IndexedList(data_array, elementclass, cmp, sorted, no_dups)

All parameters defaults to None. So:
myList = IndexedList()
provides an empty object (like list()).

Parameters:
data_array = iterable of values to store in array. e.g. a list, a tuple and so on.
elementclass = class-type for each element in array. If None (default), no checks
are made to keep the array consistent.
cmp = Function to call to compare two array-elements for sorting and lookup.
If left out (None), standard function is used.
sorted = Flag to tell data_array is already sorted (prevents call to sort()
from init()). False if left out or None.
no_dups = Flag to tell wether duplicate elements are allowed or not. False
if left out or None.
