3Di Releases World's First OpenSim Based 3D Virtual World Server Software Today: "3Di OpenSim" Standard

TOKYO—(BUSINESS WIRE)—October 3, 2008— ngi group (TOKYO:2497) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary 3Di, Inc. (3Di), which develops various three dimensional (3D) Internet solutions (Headquarters: Meguro, Tokyo, Representative: Satoshi Koike, CEO), has developed the worlds first OpenSim based three dimensional virtual world server software called 3Di OpenSim Standard and will begin sales of this product today.

3Di OpenSim allows corporations and academic institutions operating servers to freely create their own virtual worlds. The 3D Internet business is a key part of our corporate growth strategy and 3Di OpenSim is the first in a line of various products we expect to release in the near future.
