The new Emperor from Parting of the ways, for some reason it askes for a texture called parts, there isn't one so just ignore it, sorry about that

Although, the original Emperor Dalek was the only version of these talking pepperpots that gave me nightmares back in the day. Still have clear memories of that serial - Dalek innards gushing out to be exact - and of course, that would have to be one that the BBC wiped... sods.
