This is a free resource for creating digital skins: greyscale noisemaps in PNG format, at 4096x4096 resolution.

Apply to your project as a layer, tweak layer opacity, use blending like "multiply" and other fancy things you can do, and Bob's your uncle. Or use them for displacement and bump mapping.

You're allowed to use them in commercial and non-commercial and freebie projects, modified or non-modified.

You do not need to credit me or seek me out to show what you have done, although it is always a pleasant thing if you do!
