It's also possible converting the earings to a figure (Edit>Object>Rigging>Convert to figure...), so they can adapt to different shapes of genesis (provided that you zero hidden transferred morphs to avoid nasty deformations)
And again, it's nice simple, and nothing too fancy either! Funny enough, I've been meaning to do some fine dining scenes. :)
