I had a hard time using MD, didn't really help that a lot of the tutorials were out of date, the web site was awful, no tutorial went into a lot of detail...and not to forget, they don't have US support. I thought about using it, but the people that made it really aren't doing themselves any favors by upping the price and removing features

I made the clothes with the beta of Marvelous Designer 3. Sadly they've priced version 3 out of the price range of hobbyists so the only clothes I have are the ones I made with the beta. I made a tonne of clothes with the beta so now I'm just going through my backlog and doing all the post export work.
