This Excel workbook contains several calculator functions to ease the workload when figuring how strong you need to set your lights in Poser. It is meant to be used in conjunction with the Second Edition of my lighting guide.

Note: if you mess up the worksheet by entering something in the wrong cell (and overwriting the equation) just delete it and download from here again.
