I have poser 11. No matter what I do I can't seem to grow hair. I have prepared the base a half a dozen different ways but when I hit the "Grow Guide Hairs" button nothing happens. I am currently trying to use the Ryam beard prop on the james cxasual figure. Still nothing. Am I  missing a critical step?
