I think the rating system on sharecg is a little strange. For an example I have a cash register model that has been rated 18 times, 17 people gave it 5 stars and one person 4 stars... which I am very happy with. The problem is that because of a single 4 star rating the model now features after models with only two 5 star ratings (If some one were to search by rating). obviously there's something not right with how the site averages out ratings.

IMHO, the rating system is not user-friendly. I've accidentally rated stuff TWO when I've intended TEN. And I've found no way to edit this score, had to post an apology...
