Okay, now this is getting a bit frustrating.

Everytime I upload a file there is no download button.

Hi, I sometimes have this issue, Its always solved when I re-upload it... have you tried uploading the file using the next page option.. for files larger than 10MB? also are you uploading them as .rar files, I think this is the best method... other wise the file may have become corrupt while uploading and hence no download button.
