I'd like to be able to thank contributors or share links to images containing their uploaded items, but even when logged in I can't leave comments. Does anybody know what I can do to remedy this?

at the bottom of the page there is a link called "report a bug" click that and explain it in a message there. I would also mention what browser you are using as most issues seem to be related to this. They are pretty quick to let you know if they are working on the problem.

Tested the issue and could not duplicate it. I sent an email with some suggetions to Willowraven. Does anyone else have that issue?

We fund the issue, and now AidanaWillowRaven has no issue. We will fix the application shortly, so it will not happened again.

I still can't comment. I'm sure I sent a report at the time of my last post. Running Firefox, everything on the page allowed. I can obviously log in, post here & download files but I can't comment on the files themselves. Have I been hit with a ban hammer?

I assume you are logged in as 'Simidae'. Can you please let us know the page (url) that you have issue with comments. The app has several pages that allow you to comment on. Please let us know if you are you using PC or a Mac?

Yes Simidae. Running firefox on pc. Everything else seems to work but I can't comment on uploads from other people, poser, 3d models... I can DL & rate just fine but can't comment. I just get a blank box (asking for name) that I can't type in & text that says '[ Please log in to add your comment]' with a discard button beside it. I'm already loged in & if I hit the log in & try again I'm back to the same loop. I can get the files but I miss being able to say thank you & whatnot.

I'm not sure what is going on there, but did you try the following:
- Check the time, date and timezone on your machine and make sure that they are correct.
- logout from your shareCG account.
- Delete all ShareCG's cookies.
- Close all windows of all Firefox browser.
- Restart Firefox, login and go to that upload to comment.

Let us know if that solution was working for you.
