I'm new to sharecg but when I tried to sign up, it said my name and email are already in use.  I'm a member of Daz and Renderosity - could that be the reason or do you think somebody else is using my ID?

No, but if you give us the username you wanted to create, we can check it.

No, this is the username I wanted but the screen told me it was already taken then I was allowed to login without needing an email confirmation.  If nobody has posted here under this username then I guess everything is OK.  It was probably some kind of temporary glitch in the matrix.
