The only place for backgrounds right now is in the textures section. ;)

Unless it's critical to upload them now, I'd reccommend waiting til there's a proper section for them. As JS2 said though, for now Textures is the most suitible place for them for now as they're used to "Texture" your background.

I know I know!  hahaha but some things might not be able to wait....It's October tomorrow and I've been waiting to put up Halloween type tubes for pspers (who btw, LOVE this site for many reasons besides the tubes).  They're also getting textures for their sig tags here too.
