In the seven months I've been here. The payout rate has been in a nose dive with only one month where it perked up just a smidge. This was only going to get worse as the site continued to grow under the current revenue sharing plan. Better that they stopped the hemoraging now in the hope of saving the leg than to wait til gangreen sets in!
