Unfortunately, many of the off-site tut links there are dead (like Ron Knight's tutes)

The ones that are still there should provide some help.  Once you learn the interface, it is a good little program.

If you've got some money to spend and liked the Wings interface, I can recommend Silo as it's workflow is very similar to Wings3D.
