Frankly I find this entire thread to be one silly nit-pick. It's Poser! If you've been around since Poser 4 you KNEW who e Frontier, Curious Labs and Metacreations were, or should have by now. Yeah, you don't see 3D Max called Kinnetix 3D Max or Discreet 3D Max, but you'd still know what it was if you saw it labeled by past license holders if you'd been using it for very long. There are much bigger fish to fry around here than worrying about something this silly.
