Good luck. SAPI4 and 5 voices are not hard to find but quality free ones are a dream that probably won't come true. Most start around $20 and twirl up from there. I have only found a few that have enough quality to compare to a real voice but I would never pay what they want for them. Other than the standard voices that come Windows and a few others made by Mircrosoft there are very few free voices out there. I spent months of searching the web for good, cheap ones, and gave up.
