Amen!

Most of my creations are either out of A) necessity or B) because that is what suits my fancy at the moment.  Not because that is what is popular.

 When DAZ first released Victoria 4.0, the poor girl had practically nothing to wear, and what there was available was the usual, impractical clothing, hence the T-Shirt freebie I made for her.

When they released the Monster Rat model, I thought, "Ooh! That would be cool with a spikey collar-thingy..." So, I made one and released it to the wild as well. 

Now I just gotta get around to finishing that armor I was making for him.....
