I had dire problems accessing SCG over the weekend, needed several tries today. For each fail, my browser reported 'Too Long To Respond'.

Any idea what's wrong ? My Internet Provider reached my other 'favourites' okay...

I'm running Chrome browser on both this old Desktop's Win'8.1 and my new CAD Tower's Win'10, with their Norton's set to 'paranoid'...
