Biloxi, Mississippi – November 5, 2012 - 3-GIS, a GIS software solutions company based in Decatur, Alabama will exhibit at the 2012 Telecommunications Association of the Southeast Annual Conference.  The expo will be held November 11-13, 2012 at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi.

3-GIS broadens access to GIS for telecommunication companies with market driven software incorporating Esri’s ArcGIS platform.  3-GIS will be exhibiting and demonstrating the 3-GIS Express Solution, which provides telecommunication users advanced toolsets allowing them to visualize fiber availability and signal paths as well as model fiber networks of various technologies.  The Express Solution consists of Network Express, a web-based editing application for the desktop user and Field Express, a lightweight configurable application for the field user.

“We are excited about exhibiting at TELSE this year.  Our Express Solution is ideally suited for most TELSE members who need an easy to use and cost-effective way to manage their assets and engineer new build-outs. ,” said Dustin Sutton, 3-GIS Director of Sales.  “Personally I'm really looking forward to getting to know some of the members better and hopefully learning more about how we can help with some of their more pressing network management issues.”
