After you download the file(compress) you double click and open and take the file inside the compress folder and put it in your desktop,now when you open daz3d (3.0,4.3) look in to file and left click and go to import it will open a box and look at your desktop for the uncompress file open the file and go to the obj and left click and click open in the dialog box and Daz3d will upload the object.
