You may have changed the length of a bodypart (arms, legs, torso) if so then when the morph is applied and the figure moves it will distort. To fix you need to adjust the rig to match the morph and then use the ERC freeze to pin the joint changes to the morph. Then resave the morph data. After that it should work properly, assuming you relocated the joint centers correctly. There is also an more …
