Thanks for your feedback! If you want to use it in ZBrush or retopologize it in other programs, just export the selected garment from Marvelous Designer as .obj. You can also use MD for retoplogy (although in my opinion its capabilities are scarce) or triangulate or quadrangulate mesh via remeshing.
