Toon color hair shaders that I use in my projects so you can use them in yours. This is a new texture set I've  made - my comic has a large population of aliens with bright hair (even if they're only background) so I needed more textures than I had in my library. But I didn't like the texture of the last cel toon base for the comic so ended up futzing around and making a new one.

This is the gradient addition to my cel toon hair set.  I think there are 56 textures: can't remember the number. If you're looking for the folder, I use poser paths so try Runtime -> Shaders or something to that effect.

These shaders use the base 3Delight default shader for DAZ and only change the texture without touching anything else. So if your shader doesn't have a diffuse channel, they most likely won't work.  The promo was rendered in iray using the default shader and came out a light shinier and easier to set up than the iray one. I only had to change the gloss channel to 90% to tighten the shine and then tell it to be shiny plastic. The hair's default shader settings did everything else.

Apply them first, then your shaders and other bells and whistles. Which is how a lot of texture shaders work. =^-^=

They also will look odd if your hair figure is unwrapped so that hair textures need to be sideways or some other direction than up and down vertical. I can't help that. I can't find every single hair prop in the universe and tweak their hair with these gradients. That's up to you if you have an odd hair. « Less
