This is a scene I use in my movies so I thought I would share it with you.

It is a Medieval Village prop that comes in 3 parts. Just load each .OBJ file …

I am very, very sorry. I was looking in the wrong place. They're in the Surfaces tab, of course. D'oh!
Now I get to play with the various textures!

When you import the .obj files into DAZ make sure the Maps folder is in the same folder as the .Obj files. Then the textures should load as well :)
Guillem (1 year ago)Inappropriate?
Thanks. did that. I get the full scene but it is grey.
Do I have to individually import the .jps and .bmps?
That would make for a lot of work for such a big scene.

Sorry, my bad - there is no .DAE file in this scene. This scene is three .OBJ files, Ground_Props, Village_Houses, and Village_Market. Same principal, just extract the .ZIP file into a folder or desktop and "import" all 3 files into DAZ. They are already aligned to complete the full scene.
Guillem (1 year ago)Inappropriate?
There is no .dae file in Village. I went back to the download and there is none there either.
I clicked on the .obj files and complete picture has appeared in the Viewport but as a grey map waiting for more inputs.
The Maps are still not in either Content Library or Smart Content.

All you do is extract the .zip file into a folder (eg:props etc) then open DAZ and go to FILE/IMPORT and go to the folder you extracted to and click on the .DAE file.

That is it :) Good luck and happy creating!!

Where do you install it to in DAZ? I put the files in Props and they show up in Content Library but no files are shown. Nor do they show under Props in smart Content.

Thanks for your support and comments. I appreciate the feedback and hope to provide more free stuff soon. It's just that some projects take a long time and a lot of work and I charge a little for the work involved. Have fun modeling and remember that today's imagination is tomorrows creation.

Sure, you can use it for commercial renders. It is unrestricted use so you can utilize it as you wish. Thanks again for your comments and ratings :)

Is this okay to use for commercial renders (not resale of assets, obviously)?
