The LIght Set is a SCENE FILE.  It is not a light preset file.

The two included Skin Material Presets are just that: Material Presets.

The Caucasian preset needs nothing save your Genesis default textures.

The African Preset requires my black skin textures placed under:

My Library/Runtime/Textures/wancow/WC Skin/

The Scene file is set up for Ray Traced Shadows and is significantly lower intensity than my Shadow Mapped LIght Set.  These will not render fast, but will give higher quality renders.
