To answer your question,i just downloaded the model and all textures are in the right place it is possible that you are not extracting the file out of the compress file,if you take the file from the inside of the compress file and put it anyware then form the extracted file then upload to your program(daz3,4 or 4.7)it will work fine!

Very nice set. I do wish there was some form of documentation to tell where each of the "store window" texture were supposed to go in regards to mall layout. There are a lot of stores and I have no idea which store gets which texture.
