I'm not sure where to post this but Neil Was a good friend and a very gifted artist. His wife called me this morning to tell me that Neil passed away over night. It is a great loss to all of us. I was so lucky to have been able to help Neil with data for some of his models especially the B-17, B-26, B-29, and Tuskegee Airmen P-51 Series. Rest in Peace my Friend.
