ok,I uploaded here the avatar I used to create this cloth ( it's Michael 4 Base, you can find it among my uploads). if you load Michael 4 as avatar, this dress wil perfectly fit. the avatar has joints so you can pose it directly inside MD, and the dress will follow. @midnightrider if you have Marvelous Designer, you can fit it to any avatar. if you don't, I've seen it's possible to convert an obj file into a dynamic cloth ( see this link: for example). I can give you an .obj file if you need, even another user asked me the same thing
